Ken Doud has used art and photography to
study the natural world since he was first exposed to the rich fauna
and flora of the tropics as a child in the Phillipines. He has
given presentations on the prehistoric life of the Santa Ynez
Valley, as well as other nature related topics, at museums and other
organizations in Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley. He
is also an art instructor and wine pourer in Los Olivos. Don't
miss his photo travelogues of visits to some of the world's great
nature observation sites by clicking

Rick Mexico has been interested in the
wild world as far back as he can remember. He has been an award
winning Life Science Teacher for the past 9 years. An avid birder,
he's been a team member of the Peregrine Falcon Reintroduction
Program here in SB county for the past 10 years. Many of the
photos on this web site are Rick's. His philosophy about photography
is that it freezes time for a split second, and when you view the
shot, you become a traveler back in time. So, fasten your seat belts
and enjoy the journey! |
